Wire your backup host before the suspension email, not the week after.

Built for these decisions.
If any of these are your question, this is the tool.
What happens if a traffic spike trips a billing flag and they suspend me?
โ The risk score flags the bandwidth cap and the runbook wires Cloudflare Pages as a hot backup with DNS ready to flip. A suspension turns into a 20-minute DNS change instead of a week of silence on a support form.
Which clients are one overage away from a surprise bill on launch day?
โ The score ranks each project by egress and function usage, flags the three that will blow the plan on a spike, and names the cheaper target for each. The bad surprise gets a backup before the launch, not an invoice after.
If I lose the account, do I lose the config with it?
โ The export pulls every env var name, redirect, and build setting into a portable file and a redeploy script for the backup host. The config survives the account, so a lockout costs minutes, not a rebuild from memory.
We need off before the next price change, but which target?
โ Pick one target on the form and get a single redeploy plan with the build command translated and the breaking differences flagged in red. One plan with the order, not three vendor docs and a guess.
Your DNS, your env vars, and your build config all live in one dashboard you can lose access to overnight.
You wake up to an email that says your account is under review. The site is down. There is no phone number. The support form auto-replies with a ticket ID and then silence. The r/webdev thread that lit it up is full of people who lost a client site for a week because a billing flag tripped over a traffic spike, and the only fix that worked was a post that went viral enough to get a human on the line. Your DNS points at the host. Your build config lives in their dashboard. Your env vars are in their UI, not in a file you control. The free tier you built on quietly added a bandwidth cap, or the pro plan overage hit $400 on a launch day nobody was watching. You think about moving but the redeploy is its own project. Which env vars, which redirect rules, which build command, which target. You open three alternative host tabs, each with a different deploy flow, and none of them tells you the order or what breaks on the way out. The site is still up today, so the move slides another month, until the morning it is not up and the client is calling. The cost is not the migration. The cost is no backup target wired, no env var export, and no runbook that names the steps for the morning the account locks.
Four pieces, one tool.
Each piece ships in the first build for waitlist members. SaaS upgrades layer on top.
Lock-in risk score
Paste your host, plan tier, and traffic profile. The score reads four signals that decide whether you keep your site: documented suspension and account-review reports, median support response time, bandwidth and egress caps against your real traffic, and how much of your build and config lives only in their dashboard. Each host gets a number and the single highest risk flagged on the row. The score kills the 'it has been fine so far' meeting because the fine part is the bandwidth cap you have not hit yet.

Portable redeploy config
The export reads your env var names, redirect rules, headers, and build command and maps them to a target host's format. Output is a config file you commit and a redeploy script you can run, not a dashboard you re-key by hand. Secret values you paste stay in the browser and never leave it. The names, the rules, and the build step come out as a file the backup host accepts on the first deploy.

Suspension survival runbook
A one-page runbook for the morning the account locks. It checks that your domain registrar is separate from your host so a suspension cannot hold the domain hostage, that DNS TTL is low enough to flip fast, and that the latest build is backed up off the provider. Then it lists the morning-of steps in order: point DNS at the backup, restore env vars, redeploy, verify. Each step has the command ready to copy and the rollback note on the last line.
Backup target compare
Netlify, Vercel, Render, Fly.io, and Cloudflare Pages scored on the same stack, with the cost at your real traffic and the breaking differences named. Edge function syntax, redirect format, build image, and cold-start behavior are flagged where they differ from your current host. You pick one target on the form and the redeploy config and runbook match it. The comparison is the plan, not a host's own pitch.

Today's tools don't do this.
A suspended account with no backup target costs a day to a week of downtime while a support form sits silent, plus the client trust that does not come back. A surprise overage on a launch day runs $200 to $800 before anyone watches the dashboard. A from-scratch redeploy under pressure costs 6 to 20 hours of rebuilding env vars and redirect rules, with a 404 on the morning it matters most. The plan and the backup target cost $4.99 once. The week of downtime costs the client.
Web tool. Paste your host, plan tier, and what you deploy. Get a lock-in risk score across Netlify, Vercel, Render, Fly.io, and Cloudflare Pages, a portable redeploy config built from your env var names, redirects, and build command, a named backup target with its cost, and a one-page account-suspension runbook. Works in any browser on desktop.
A CLI to export config straight from a provider account, a GitHub Action that re-scores on every deploy, a multi-project dashboard for agencies, automatic DNS failover wiring, and an env var diff between primary and backup host.
Auto-migration of your live site, automatic DNS changes, and hosting plan purchase. The plan is the score, the config, and the runbook, not the move itself. You flip the DNS, the runbook tells you the order.

This page is a quick vibe-coded probe to test demand and gather feature requests. The actual product, when it ships, will be a polished, hand-built tool, not this scaffold.
For a sense of what "polished and shipped" looks like, here's another product I built: relly.permissionlabs.com.
Honest answers.
Then the page stays live. The waitlist has no expiry. The faster a developer who just lost a site to a suspension joins, the faster I build it. Bring the one who got the account-under-review email on a launch day. That is the engine.
